  23. I have the modem you're looking at (SupraFaxModem V.34 external).  It worked 
  24. right out of the box, and I'm using MINIMAL init strings.  It connects to my 
  25. ISP at 28.8 about 75%, 26.4k about 23%, lower about 2% (I hangup, redial, and 
  26. almost always get a faster line).  To CompuServe, I connect at 28.8 100% of 
  27. the time!  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MODEM!
